Prevented a Week of Downtime

Drivetech really took a lot of initiative here to resolve Rich’s computer issue. It’s something that very easily could have ended up being a week’s worth of downtime if he’d chosen to be passive on this. I think Drivetech was creative in finding a timely solution and aggressive in getting it done and it is much appreciated.
